My coaching offer is threefold:

Whether you want to book a coaching session as an individual, run a team coaching session to help realise a key objective or deliver on a project or set up a coaching culture within your organisation I can help.

My job as a coach is to act as your sounding board, listening and helping you to set achievable solutions.

If you are looking to embed a coaching culture into your organisation or have qualified in-house coaches who need supervision I have experience to deliver on this too in a consultancy capacity.

My consultation and facilitation offer focuses on understanding clearly what you need before putting in place the right tools to ensure your key stakeholders voices are heard and respected. From surveys to focus groups to facilitated workshop sessions I have the skills to help you capture key insights which could improve both your reputation and your business.

About Me

Passionate Professional

I have worked in the field of communications and engagement for over 25 years. I enjoy listening to people tell their story, share their ideas or aspirations whether as a coach, a facilitator or when engaging stakeholders to capture views for a particular project.

I have a degree in Communication Design and Multimedia, a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology alongside various qualifications in consultation, marketing, facilitation. But, more importantly I am a people person and curious about what makes people tick.

The Spoken Word is a new venture and I'm on hand to offer my services to you as an individual, as part of a team or as an organisation. I pride myself on being non-judgemental, building rapport and being a good listener.
